Dissolves quickly in even cold water which is what I washed with. Leaves a lingering scent on your laundry. So nice when you're sitting in your office and someone walks in and says, "Oh my gosh I love that smell what are you wearing?" And I simply smile and say my laundry detergent! You only use a little tiny bit, tablespoon will do it for most loads. No need to use fabric softener. The scent still stays even after you've thrown in the dryer if you must.
