Shipping Methods

We use USPS Flat Rate Shipping Boxes for most orders to minimize shipping costs for both our wholesale and retail customers.

For wholesale orders, sales representatives may hand-deliver orders within their assigned territories, offering a personal touch while reducing shipping expenses.

For retail customers purchasing through Etsy, TikTok, or ResilScents.com, we offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate different needs. We aim to provide the best value while ensuring that your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and billed at the time of shipment. An invoice detailing shipping charges will be sent with the dispatch notification.

  • Wholesale Orders: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size of the order and shipping destination. Free shipping is available only for approved orders processed through a sales representative with prior owner approval.

  • Retail Orders: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for online retail customers. Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions for retail customers.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time for Wholesale Orders: All wholesale orders will be processed within 2 business days or less. Processing times exclude weekends or holidays.

  • Processing Time for Retail Orders: For orders placed via Etsy, TikTok, or ResilScents.com, all orders will be processed within 1-3 business days or less. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Custom Products: As all products are handcrafted and made to order, shipping times may vary depending on product type, quantity, and shipping destination. Custom orders require additional processing time.

  • Retail Orders: For orders placed via Etsy, TikTok, or ResilScents.com, shipping times also vary based on location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

  • Wholesale Orders: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. For hand-delivered orders, your sales representative will coordinate directly with you to confirm delivery details.

  • Retail Orders: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your retail order has shipped. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress. For orders placed through Etsy, tracking information will also be available directly on the platform.
