Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At ResilScents™, we value transparency and flexibility while maintaining fair policies for all customers. This cancellation policy applies to any purchase made through a Purchase Option, including subscriptions, pre-orders, or recurring deliveries.

1. Subscription Orders

Customers may cancel or modify their subscription at any time before the next billing date.

  • Cancellations made after payment is processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

  • Active subscriptions cannot be refunded once an order has been processed and shipped.

  • To cancel, log in to your account or email with “Subscription Cancellation” in the subject line.

We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at our discretion due to payment issues, product discontinuation, or abuse of discounts or offers.

2. Pre-Order Purchases

Pre-order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase to qualify for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a 20% restocking or processing fee if materials have already been allocated or production has begun.

  • Pre-orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded but remain covered under our standard return policy for damaged or defective items.

3. One-Time Purchases with Future Delivery

For items purchased with a scheduled future delivery date, cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date.

4. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. How to Cancel or Modify a Purchase Option

To cancel or change a subscription, pre-order, or scheduled delivery:

Be sure to include your order number, name, and the product(s) you wish to cancel or modify.

Note: Purchase Options are subject to availability, and all products remain handcrafted in small batches. Once materials are committed to your order, cancellation flexibility may be limited — but we’ll always work with you to find a fair solution.
